We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (if applicable) There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At all times, part manufacturers, part #'s will be given to you to double check using various parts catalogues available online. However, when we offer part #'s for your boat, we are not responsible for parts that are not accurate to the specific engine or drive you are repairing. We do our best to provide you with accurate information for all parts purchased for your marine engines and drives.

If you change your mind and want to return an item within the 30 days since purchase and you decide to return the product 20% will be deducted from the refund applied to your purchase plus the cost for shipping.
There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to all returned items that are not deemed defective upon arrival. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
It must also be in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us for details about your return issue. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
